IMPACT CASE
PRACHTIG KRACHTIG
The Municipality of Heerlen has the ambition of making the city a place where everyone can participate. But how can this be done in an accessible and inclusive way? ImpactHunters was asked to develop a concept that gives more visibility to women with a visible or invisible disability.
Our team came up with a number of ideas and concepts. The concept of ‘Prachtig Krachtig’, which means beautifully powerful in Dutch, was chosen. ‘Prachtig Krachtig’ is an exhibition in the public space with powerful portraits of women with a visible or invisible disability on life-size Trotter billboards. They are inspiring women who dedicate themselves to others and a place in society. Their stories, which have been collected in a booklet and can be read online by means of a QR code, show that you can have an unlimited life, even with a disability.
OUR ROLE
From beginning to end, ImpactHunters was responsible for concept development, selecting and approaching a diverse group of participants, copy, photography, permits and logistics. We did this our own way: from start to finish. As a team player, which means that the result was truly for and created by the participants. And powerful enough to actually get things done.
Would you like to know more, or would you like to roll out the ‘Prachtig Krachtig’ concept in your municipality?
